The
h-number, h, is defined as the number of papers with citation number higher or
equal to
h, as a useful index to characterize the scientific output of a researcher.
My h-number is 30 with max citations equal to 686 (as of September 15, 2006). It is computed with this script.
Jens Palsberg maintains a list of Computer Scientists with h-number at least 40, among whom are my Ph.D. advisor Olivier Faugeras (45), my mentor Thomas S. Huang (46), and my friend Andrew Zisserman (40).
