I am currently working on the AutoAdmin research project in the Database Group at Microsoft Research.

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Washington in August 2000.

Research Interests

Physical database design
Performance monitoring, diagnostics and tuning of databases.
Interaction of databases and operating systems
