Tom Healy

Thomas E. Healy is lead program manager in the External Research and Programs group at Microsoft Research. In this role, he, along with his staff, manage a portfolio of programs, including university engagements in Latin America and India, the iCampus research alliance, the Microsoft Research New Faculty Fellowship program, the Microsoft Research Faculty Summit, and the worldwide Digital Inclusion program. Tom has been at Microsoft Research for the past six years. Previous to joining Microsoft Research, he worked in the computer industry for 25 years focusing on the role technology plays in education. He has received a B.A. in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.S. in Organizational Development from Lesley University.
