Research
I am a researcher with the Rigorous Software Engineering group at Microsoft Research. I am broadly interested in analysis of performance and correctness of programs.

Current Projects
    Isolator is a runtime technique for detecting and tolerating isolation violations in concurrent programs.
    Clash is a tool for profiling contention in concurrent programs
    Holmes is an adaptive profiling technique for efficiently isolating bugs in large-scale systems.
    Preferential path profiling is an efficient algorithm for profiling subsets of path fragments.

Biography

I obtained my M.S and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, where I worked with Prof. Y. N. Srikant and Prof. Matthew Jacob. Before that, I worked with Infosys Technologies for two years.
