Research Interests Systems Biology, understanding the integration of components to form biological systems through the construction, execution, and analysis of computer models that mimic biological behaviors.
  • Signaling networks regulating cell fate decisions during development and cancer.
  • Application of formal methods to model and analyze biological systems.
  • Design of formal modeling languages and tools specifically tailored for biological systems.
