Sixth International Workshop on Component-Oriented Programming

At ECOOP 2001, Budapest, Hungary, 19 June 2001

Call and Venue

15th European Conference on Object-Oriented Programming

Official ECOOP information on this workshop

Program

Each position will be presented in a brief, five-minute talk only, so there will be no time to convey the details found in the position papers. It is therefore essential that participants have familiarized themselves with the positions ahead of time. There will be time for questions and discussions, so bring your favorite questions!

  9:00-  9:15         Opening, Introduction

  9:15-10:45         Session 1 – presentations and discussion
10:45-11:00         Break
11:00-12:30         Session 2 – presentations and discussion

12:30-  2:00         Lunch – synchronized across all workshops

  2:00-  3:30         Session 3 – breakout groups
  3:30-  4:00         Break
4:00-  5:20         Session 4 – report from breakouts and discussion

  5:20-  5:30         Close

Note that the morning and afternoon breaks are not synchronized with other workshops.

All presentations will be held in the two morning sessions. The fine structure of the presentation sessions will be announced shortly. To be fair on all, the five-minute limit will be enforced since there is no time for serious overruns.
