This demo works with Internet Explorer 5
and above only. You can change the animation speed to any of three options,
the default is set to 2 samples per second.
Q: Why does the estimate jump around?
A: Because the signal strength of the received
packets can vary even when the user is stationary.
Q: Why is the estimate not closer to the user's actual location?
A: RADAR picks a location from the building's Radio
Map, consequently it is restricted to choosing only those locations that
are stored in this map.
