Workshop Overview
	This workshop will be held at CHI 2008, taking place in Florence, Italy. The three themes of photowork, photo sharing and photo displays will form the basis of the workshop, in which the collocated social practices associated with each will be explored. In the context of CHI, discussion is orientated towards understanding how these practices may inform technology innovation, in particular for supporting digital photographic practice. The main goal of the workshop is to offer a platform for researchers to share their knowledge of the collocated social practices that surround photos, and to take a snapshot of the current progress of research in this area with a view to collecting contributions for a special journal issue on the topic.
