We have only one category of registration fees for all participants. There is also an early registration discount. In some special cases, we may be able to waive the registration fee. Please send an e-mail to ICTD2007@microsoft.com by Oct 31, 2007, with a letter indicating reason for waiver and formal resume or CV of the applicant.

Registration costs:

Early registration (Nov 15 deadline): US $150

Standard registration (Nov 15 - Nov 30): US$200

Late and on-site registration (Dec 1 onward): US$300
