This 1-day workshop will be held on May, 22nd (the day after ISCAS). The workshop will be held on the Microsoft Research (MSR) facilities, in Redmond, WA, just across the lake from Seattle.
The theme of the workshop, "Computer-based Signal Processing" was chosen to stress the focus on DSP algorithms for generic CPUs, including desktop, mobile, and other devices.
We are planning a dynamic and exciting program. Besides presentation by participants about their research and their research groups activities, the program includes a visit to some MSR labs and presentation by MSR Researchers on some of the Signal Processing related currently being developed at MSR.
Registration is free (but required). Presentations by all participants are desired and encouraged (conditioned on space availability). When registering, please indicate if you'd like to make a presentation (see registration page for more details).
This workshop will be a unique opportunity to combine interacting with other researchers working on Signal Processing related topics at Microsoft Research and other institutions.
