Pierre-Louis Xech
Pierre-Louis Xech is with the Intelligent Environments Group at the External Research Office, Microsoft Research Cambridge, UK.
He is involved in
collaborative and interdisciplinary research projects with
universities across Europe in the areas of Digital Media, Ambient
Intelligence, Ubiquitous Computing and Augmented Reality.
Pierre-Louis has a special
interest Pierre-Louis Xech holds an M. S. in Computer Science from the University of Toulouse, France. He joined Microsoft France in 1997 as a technology expert and project management consultant in the Consulting Services Division. In 2002, Pierre-Louis moved to Microsoft Research Cambridge as a Research Program Manager in the External Research Office group. Before joining Microsoft, Pierre-Louis was a software architect and interactive software designer in the R&D department of various innovative high tech companies in France. He was active in the early 90’s in the area of domain specific programming language and methodologies for designing interactive systems. Some ongoing research collaborations
