Search Labs Overview

Our mission is to help usher in a new era in Internet Search and Services. We envision how the future might be and then create end-to-end technologies to speed the realization of that future. We are driven by the desire to impact 100's of millions of users and we live by the credo of invent, build, and deploy. Together we work in tight collaboration with the product team in Live Search and across Microsoft to rapidly bring our innovations to life.

Search Labs is located in Mountain View in the Silicon Valley and is part of the Microsoft Research. The focus of our current work is on improving the quality of search results and developing new paradigms for enhancing the search user experience.
