Support

Microsoft Research wants to make it easy for research institutions to use the Phoenix framework. The Phoenix Academic Program is a way for you to get access to Phoenix while the code is under development and to the Phoenix Academic Forum (PAF).

If you are a faculty member of an accredited institution teaching a class in which Phoenix is used, or if you are a researcher and principal investigator at an accredited academic institution, we would like to provide support on an “as-available” basis. To receive this support, send an e-mail message to phxap@microsoft.com. In the message, include your name, affiliation, and a brief description of how you are using Phoenix. We will provide you with access to a support tool as quickly as possible.
