If you’re interested in Phoenix for non-commercial purposes, you may download a copy
of the Phoenix RDK for your personal use. Students may also download copies for use in classrooms where Phoenix is a part of the instructional program.
Note that the Phoenix RDK is a research development kit exclusively for academic purposes. If you are interested in the Commercial Development Kit, please email our Commercial Partner alias at phxcp@microsoft.com.

This is the Phoenix documentation, saved as a compiled HTML help file (Phxdoc.chm).
Note If you’re using Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP2 or
later, the security
features will prevent the help topic pages from displaying. To view the
pages, save the Phxdoc.chm file to your computer. Then, when you
open the file, clear the Always ask before opening this file
check box in the Open File - Security Warning dialog box.
