What is the Phoenix Explorer?

Phoenix Explorer is a simple Phoenix static analysis tool written in less than 1000 lines of C# code by using the Phoenix DLL. This program, which appears similar to ILDASM, can read in a managed or native binary. It can also display the instructions, control flow, and dominator tree of the binary.
