Registration Fee:

1. Main Conference Registration Fee:
Participants are urged to register early to avoid the higher on-site fee. Each registrant will receive 1 hard-copy of the  proceedings, 1 banquet ticket, daily lunches and reception. Admission to the tutorials doesn’t require additional fee, they are free.

2. Additional Conference Proceedings:
Main conference registration fee includes 1 set of conference proceedings. Additional copies of proceedings can be purchased when you register. Copies can also be purchased on-site, while supplies last. It is US$50 per copy.

3. Additional Banquet Ticket:
Main conference registration fee includes 1 banquet ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased when you register. Tickets can also be purchased on-site, while supplies last. It is US$70 per ticket.

Accommodation Booking:

We also accept accommodation booking when you register. Please be noticed that the deadline of accommodation booking is Sept.18, 2004. Two hotels are available for choice:

Note: The price of Beijing Friendship hotel 4/5 star room is just a room's price. Single or double room is the same. If you wishes to book a double room, please mention in the registration form. Or else we will regard it as a signal room booking.

Note: Each accept paper must be registered by at least one author (No author could register 2 papers). Registration as author is essentially identical to registration as other participators. But please give clear indication of the paper's ID on your registration form.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If the cancellation request is received on or before Sept.18, 2004, we will refund the whole registration fee.
  2. Half of the registration fee will be refunded if we receive the cancellation request between Sept.19, 2004 and Oct.10, 2004.
  3. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after Oct.10, 2004 or for non-attendance.
  4. Authors registered for accepted papers are not eligible for refunding.

Check-in Schedule & Location:

We will offer the check-in service at the following time and location. On that occasion, you will get a conference package including Proceedings, Beijing Transportation Map, Symposium Souvenir, and most important of all, the registration Receipt and Badge( Meeting Brochure) which you will have to wear through the Symposium for attending any meeting of AIRS.

The check-in time and location is as follows, please comply service time in order to avoid delaying your arrangement.
