Hotel and Tavel ArrangementsAttendance at the Mesh Networking Summit 2004 is by invitation only. Microsoft Research and the Advanced Technology Group will pick up the expenses for all participants who are from academia. Participants from Industry are expected to pay for their own travel. Airline Reservation and Car Rental If you are a participant and are from academia, you can make your travel reservations by contacting Microsoft's Travel Office at 1-800-699-2660 . Press option 2 then option 1. They will assist with your airline ticket and car rental. If you are calling internationally, your call will be forwarded to an International Travel Agent. When speaking with the travel agent, please reference the Mesh Networking Summit and your personalized color code, provided to you in the email we sent to you.
