- Support for multiple platforms (Windows and Mac OS) and browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari)
- Smooth panning and zooming through the use of Silverlight's Deep Zoom technology
- Wrap-around display of 360° panoramas in the horizontal or vertical direction
- Open-source implementation available for customization on
CodePlex
How do I use HD View SL?
Give it a try by clicking on the screenshot below or any of the examples to the right.
The first time you use HD View SL, you'll be prompted to install the Silverlight plugin
if your computer doesn't have it already. Once you see a panoramic image, you can zoom
in and out using the mouse wheel, the buttons labeled "+" and "-", or the Page Up and
Page Down keys. To pan the image, click and drag with the mouse or use the arrow keys.
Reset the image to the initial view by clicking the square in the upper left, or
using the Home key.
