ICCP 2012 is now closed for new submissions for Papers, Talks, and Poster/Demos.

Instructions for Submitting Final Versions of Accepted Papers:

Step 1: Implement any changes you suggested in your rebuttal and make an effort to make any changes the reviewers recommended. In some cases you may have gotten extra comments as a review summary (not all papers have this), so please address those as well.

Step 2: Prepare the PDF of your final version according to the IEEE Format using the Author Kit -- format according to what is shown in "iccppaper_final.tex" or "iccppaper12_final.docx".

Step 3: Prepare a brief list of changes made that we can verify with the paper. You will upload enter these into CMT as a reply to one of the "Camera Ready Submission Questions".

Step 4: Verify paper's PDF file compatibility on IEEE PDF eXpress. Create and account and login at PDF eXpress (the conference ID is ICCP12x) and upload to your PDF. Make sure there are no errors reported. Only then can you upload the PDF onto CMT. IEEE Xplore will not accept papers that have not passed the compatibility test. The most common error is to not embed all fonts in your PDF. Also, if you are using Latex, note that the "hyperef" package often makes the PDF fail the compatibility test and thus this package should not be used.

Step 5: Save the final approved PDF as emailed to you by PDF eXpress.

Step 6: Complete the IEEE Copyright form [DOC] [PDF]. Please make sure to sign and scan your signatures into the documents before uploading to CMT.

Step 7: Log on to CMT, go to the "Author" role and click "edit" next to "Camera-Ready" and proceed through the steps indicated and upload your files (you should have the paper PDF, the copyright form, and up to one supplemental file -- can be a ZIP file).
