Paper Submission

All papers for IEEE WiNC 2008 must be submitted electronically through the EDAS system. The deadline for paper submission is March 27, 2009March 31, 2009.
Papers should be no longer than 6 pages and of sufficient details to permit reviews by experts in the field. Papers can be submitted via the link:

The format/layout for papers should be the same as that for SECON 2009. You can get the formatting instructions and templates at:

All accepted papers will be included in the workshop proceedings and made available online through IEEE Xplore.

The instructions for submitting the camera ready versions of SECON 2009 main conference papers can be found at http://www.ieee-secon.org/2009/camera-ready.html. The camera ready deadline for WiNC papers is May 9, 2009 and the paper limit is 6 pages. Please use the conference ID "secon09-ws". Specifically, here are the steps:
1) Register for conference/workshop at https://icm3.ieee.org/eventmanager/onlineregistration.asp?eventcode=mk5. Registration category should be one of R01, R02, R03, R11, or R12.
2) Create your author account using conference id "secon09-ws" at http://www.conf-express.org/FileSubmission/contributor.asp
3) Upload the paper at http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/secon09-ws/index.html
