Application

We highly recommend that your register right away. Registering for the School early may improve your chances of your application being accepted. Please read the instructions below carefully before submitting your materials.

Registration information:

Applicants should start by registering with EasyChair. EasyChair is a system that is used for a variety of international conferences and workshops, so you might already have your login information. If not, please proceed to register here.

Once you are able to login into EasyChair, please submit your information by clicking "New Submission" as shown here. Please ignore the "Title" and "Abstract" fields of the form as shown here. Once you register your name and contact information, make sure you receive a notification email from the EasyChair system.

Application information:

The application for the School should consist of the following files, which should be zipped up into one file app.zip and uploaded to through EasyChair.

form.docx	Completed school application form, which can be downloaded here. You will need Microsoft Word or a similar product to fill the form.
cv.pdf	Your CV, detailing your educational and research experience.
paper.pdf	Your recent publication, representative scholarly work, or your school diploma project. It helps if this paper is related to the topic of the School.
recommendation.pdf	Although this recommendation is optional, it is very highly recommended that you provide one. Most commonly, this recommendation would be supplied by your research advisor or a professor familiar with your work. Please provide a scanned signed recommendation.

Once the file app.zip is ready, proceed to upload it to EasyChair by clicking the upload button shown here. Make sure to uncheck the Abstract only checkbox before you submit.
