Shared Access PCs

Shared access centres for
computers like cyber cafés and rural PC kiosks are main access points for a
majority in India. Since, 2005, the project is conducting ethnographic research
in Mumbai slums, small towns and villages around Mumbai and Pune city to chart
socio-economic impacts of shared access to computers and the internet.
