As last year, WCOP authors are asked to supply two versions of their final paper. The deadline for both is 28 August 1998.
The first version is an Extended Abstract with a limit of two pages. This version will be appended to the workshop report and published in the ECOOP Workshop Reader. Authors will find that this version will reach a very broad readership, as the Reader covers almost all ECOOP workshops this year. The Reader will be published by Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series.
The extended abstract should be submitted as plain text or in LaTex format. All extended abstracts and the introducing workshop summary will be edited to ensure coherent style and layout, following the LNCS guidelines.
The second version is a Full Paper with a limit of eight (8) pages. It will be published (as last year) by the Turku Centre for Computer Science (TUCS), under their sponsorship. (Thank you, TUCS!) As a proper publication (printed with ISBN and electronically via the Web), this version allows authors to make their full version widely available.
The full paper version needs to be prepared using LaTex and follow TUCS Guidelines.
Extended abstract and full paper, both in their final form, should be submitted by 28 August 1998 and preferably via email (using MIME attachments) to Wolfgang Weck.
