Registration Fees
Conference registration includes all the sessions as well as a reception on Saturday evening January 7, the banquet on January 9, and lunches and refreshment at breaks from Sunday, January 8 through Tuesday, January 10. All prices are in US dollars.

Conference Registration
Early registration ends Saturday, December 10, 2011. After this the higher registration fees will apply. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Note that after registering, you can return to the registration page and update your registration information or cancel your registration.
