SCARF: A Segmental CRF Toolkit for Speech Recognition
SCARF is a toolkit for doing speech recognition with segmental conditional random fields. It allows the researcher to advance state-of-the-art performance by harnessing large numbers of independent features. Novel scientific ideas can be evaluated and utilized by adding derived features to the best systems already available.

The 2010 Johns Hopkins University Summer Workshop focused on using SCARF. The final presentation may be found here. Broadcast News lattices derived from the workshop are now available through the Linguistic Data Consortium.
