Lambda-Omega Equations Simulator
This software tool allows the user to view animations of the dynamics illustrated in the paper "Absolute stability of wavetrains can explain spatiotemporal dynamics in reaction-diffusion systems of lambda-omega type". Smith, Sherratt & Rademacher, submitted.
Alternatively, you can view movies of example dynamics predicted by the lambda-omega equations in one-dimensional space, with zero-Dirichlet boundary conditions on the left hand edge and zero-flux boundary conditions on the right. The examples are downloadable as .wmv files:
