    Project Hawaii SDK 2.0 enables rapid development of cloud-enabled Windows Phone applications and includes four new services: Path Prediction predicts a user's location given a trajectory, Key-Value Store saves key-value pairs in a simple cloud-based hash table, Translator translates text between any of 38 languages, and Text to Speech, converts written text to spoken speech. This release also offers infrastructure improvements for more reliability and availability of all services.
