Visual DSD (v0.14-20120920-14:10) Release notes - Additional "time" and "concentration" directives have been implemented for specifying time and concentration units. These units are also propagated to the simulation plot, and have default values of s (seconds) and nM (nanomolar) respectively. - Units can now be visualised in the graphical representation of the strand displacement reactions. - The application of the scale factor has been disabled for deterministic simulation and for SBML output. The viewpoint is that the scale factor is purely used for specifying numbers of individuals for stochastic simulation, and has no effect on concentrations. - The manual has been updated to reflect the above changes.
