I joined Microsoft Research Asia at 2005 and now I am a researcher at the Machine Learning group. My research interests include large scale machine learning, data mining and information retrieval and applying them to solve the industrial problems, like Web search and online advertising. Prior to joining Microsoft, I work in IBM research lab.
