Hello everyone! I am Tathagata, more easily referred to as TD (‘teedee’), and I work as an Assistant Researcher in the Mobility, Networks and Systems Group. I completed my B.Tech. and M.Tech. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
I am currently focusing on research projects related to Network Management and Mobile Systems. Earlier, my research interests was in the area of complex networks – analysis of macroscopic properties of large networks. I was a part of the Complex Network Research Group (CNeRG) headed by Prof. Niloy Ganguly, under whose guidance I completed my B.Tech and M.Tech projects.
I have interned at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, Saarbrucken, Germany, with Prof. Peter Druschel and Prof. Krishna Gummadi. I have also interned at the Microsoft India Development Center, Hyderabad as a SDET.
