I am the Software Engineering Lead for the Operating Systems Technologies (OS Tech) group in Microsoft Research's New Experiences and Technologies (MSR NExT) organization.

Recently, I was the lead developer on Drawbridge, building modern library operating systems and secure containers to host them.  Previously, I contributed to the Menlo and Experiment 19 projects.

Before joining MSR, I was a feature developer working on Microsoft Windows in its Core Operating Systems Division.  My team was responsible for delivering the Windows Imaging Format, Windows Deployment Services, and all technologies used by consumers, corporations, and OEMs to deploy and replicate Windows operating systems.  While there, I shipped Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Vista.

Prior to joining Microsoft, I worked as a research assistant in Norman Ramsey's research group at Harvard University, contributing to the C-- project.
