I am fascinated by trains. My favorite website is here. It is a treasure trove of facts, pictures and other interesting tidbits on the Railways.

 

In my spare time I play with toy train kits and race slot cars. I currently own a set of about 70 feet of track for my trains and around 30 feet for my slot cars. These days I am trying to synchronize both of them in one environment.

Previously I was at North Carolina State University working with Laurie Williams and Mladen Vouk. I used to support the Carolina Panthers and the NC State Wolfpack. These days I support the Seattle Seahawks...

I play cricket occasionally in Redmond in the ARCL.

I do read a lot of comics :-). I own complete collections of several Franco-Belgian authors...I own the complete series of Tintin, Asterix, Quick and Flupke, Spirou and Fantasio...
