I am a postdoc at Microsoft Research New England. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University under the supervision of Ziv Bar-Joseph. My research is in computational biology with an emphasis on the networks problems that arise in systems biology. Visit our lab's computational biology page for more information.
Please see my CMU web page for a list of my publications. My SDREM algorithm for connecting signaling networks and temporal transcriptional regulatory networks has been published in Genome Research and Bioinformatics, and was recognized as a top ten paper of 2012-13 in regulatory and systems genomics.
After my postdoc, I'll be joining the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Morgridge Institute for Research as an assistant professor.
