I am a postdoc at Microsoft Research New England.  I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University under the supervision of Ziv Bar-Joseph.  My research is in computational biology with an emphasis on the networks problems that arise in systems biology.  Visit our lab's page for more information.
