Ashish Kapoor is a researcher with the Adaptive Systems and Interaction Group at Microsoft Research, Redmond. His research interests revolve around Machine Learning and Computer Vision with applications in User Modelling, Affective Computing and Computer-Human interaction scenarios.

Ashish holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Masters and Doctorate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
