This is a recap of the 16th Northwest Probability Seminar, a one-day mini-conference organized by the University of Washington, the Oregon State University, the University of British Columbia, the University of Oregon, and the Theory Group at Microsoft Research. In 2014, the conference was hosted at Microsoft, supported by Microsoft Research and the Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (opens in new tab) (PIMS).
