Microsoft Research Sequence Assembler 2.0
The Microsoft Biology Foundation (MBF) Sequence Assembler is a proof-of-concept application that demonstrates the use of the Microsoft Biology Foundation 2.0, the .NET Framework, the Windows Presentation Foundation, and Microsoft Silverlight for bioinformatics research. The MBF Sequence Assembler uses rich user-interface elements to enable the visualization and manipulation of genomic data.
