ConferenceXP Reflector Service 1.3 Installation Guide

To run ConferenceXP Reflector Service 1.3, you’ll need the following hardware and software:

  • 3.0 GHz Intel Pentium 4 with 512 MB RAM, or better (recommended)
  • Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Server 2003

Note  Because ConferenceXP and Reflector use the same IP Address and Port for unicast, we recommend you run Reflector on a separate computer. If you install ConferenceXP Client and Reflector on the same computer, you will be unable to perform any client operations that involve unicast, such as playing back an archive outside of a venue, opening a two-way connection, or using Reflector to enable a ConferenceXP client in a unicast-only network.

Installing Reflector Service

After you make sure you have the required hardware and software, you’re ready to install Reflector Service 1.3.

Download and install Reflector Service 1.3

  1. Download the setup program (CXPReflectorService13.msi) by saving it to your computer.
  2. Double-click the ReflectorServiceSetup13.msi file on your computer.
  3. In the ConferenceXP Reflector Service Setup Wizard, follow the onscreen instructions.
