The ICFEM 2004 Program Committee selects original technical papers for publication in the proceedings of the conference to be published by Springer in its Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. All contributions will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to the scope of the conference. Papers should not exceed fifteen pages in LNCS format. Authors should consult Springer's LNCS Author Instructions for further details.

Authors who will have trouble submitting their paper electronically should contact the program co-chair Jim Davis or Wolfram Schulte as early as possible to make alternative arrangements.
