Registration Fees

One regular non-student registration covers up to 3 papers for the same author. In order for a paper to be included in the Proceedings, at least one author must register at non-student rate by May 3rd.

1) One CD-ROM proceedings (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
2) The regular registration fee does not include tutorials.
3) No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.
4) You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
5) One banquet ticket is included in a regular non-student registration.

Registration in Chinese Currency

Registration fees can now be paid in Chinese currency (RMB). The payment can be made through bank transfer within China. Bank transfer fees will be paid by the conference. Please contact icme2007@cmsworkshops.com for payment instructions.
