Free Transportation: Downtown Seattle has a couple of "free transportation" options that could ease your visit to restaurants and local attractions. One is the waterfront street car that runs from pier 70 (north of the Bell Harbor Conference Center) to pier 48. The other is the free-ride zone on city buses.
