2. Add New Paper

After logging in this site you can submit your paper by selecting the "Add New Paper" link. It has 6 steps as follow:

(1) Begin Paper submission:

In this page, you should input your paper¡¯s detail information including title, abstract etc. Please be noticed that you must fill the ¡°Abstract¡± textbox with a short abstract (about 200-300 words).

(2) Upload Your Paper:

In this step, you must upload a 1000 words Extended Abstract (PDF format). It can include figures, tables, formulas etc. But please make sure it is no more than 2 pages.

(3) Specify Paper Subject Areas:

In this step, you must select one primary subject of your paper. And you can also select one or more secondary subject(s). If your paper could not fall into one of these specific subjects but is related to one major area, check one of the major areas. For example, if you have a paper on image/video coding (area 1), but could not find a proper sub-area in the list (1.1-1.6) under image/video coding, please choose 1 instead. Please be advised that the more specific area you choose, the more likely you can get an expert in your specific area to review your paper.

(4) Add Other Authors:

If your paper has two or more authors, please add their name and contact information in this step.

(5) Award Application:

If you are qualified and you would like to apply one of the two awards, (either Best Student Paper Award or Young Investigator Award), please select the corresponding option. When none is explicitly specified we will assume you give up the application.

(6) Submission Summary:

You will not be notified by email for paper confirmation, so please print the Submission Summary page, and save it for your records.
