2, What is the basic schedule of the conference? Top
Attendees are recommended to arrive on Sunday, Nov. 7th, 2004. A reception will be held at the Friendship Hotel (exact venue is to be confirmed) at 6pm on Sunday. The conference will begin from Monday, Nov. 8th, to Tuesday, Nov.9th, 2004. Full agenda for each day from 8:30am to 5:30pm is expected.

3, how can I travel between the airport and the hotel? Top
Conference transportation from/to the hotel and the airport pick up on Nov. 7th and Nov. 10th will be provided. All other transportation will be under attendees’ own budget. Details please see here:

4, can you provide more information about the hotel? Top
All attendees will be staying at the Friendship Hotel, you can know more via its website:

5, Are meals provided at the conference? Top
Conference will provide reception dinner on Nov. 7th, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Nov 8th and Nov. 9th. Conference will also provide breakfast on November 10. Please note that any other meals will be under attendees’ own budget. You will be asked if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies in the registration process.

 
6, can I check E-mail at the hotel? Top
Local phone access and dail-up email access in hotel room will be provided and the cost will be covered by Microsoft. Long distance phone calls will be at the expense of each attendee.

 
7, what is the dress code? Top
Casual and comfortable, suit and tie are not necessary. November in Beijing may be cold therefore please bring coat or jacket.
