Design Expo: Interdisciplinary Center (Israel)

People and devices collect and share data both passively—monitoring environmental change—and actively—explicitly capturing and sharing information, combining data with other information, and using in unexpected ways. Today, we are only starting to understand how best to put this data to work to improve our lives and the world around us. The Design Expo that was held during the 2013 Microsoft Research Faculty Summit explores how we might use the glut of potentially useful free data to improve life, local community, and the world at large.

This video shows the presentation of the student team from Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya School of Communication, Israel, during the Faculty Summit 2013 Design Expo.
